Privacy policy

This policy explains what data AGenteLink collects, in compliance with the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law).

Account data

Email, username, password (stored as a hash) and the content you publish.

Login with Google

If you log in with Google, we only receive your name, email and your Google account identifier, used only to create the account and log you in. We do not access your contacts, files or other Google data.

Visitor data

To generate stats we record the date, device type and referring site of each visit and click. We do not store IP addresses or use tracking cookies on public pages.

Leads

Data submitted by visitors in capture forms belongs to the page owner, who is the controller of that data.

Instagram and Meta

AGenteLink uses Meta's Instagram API only to publish and schedule content on AGenteLink's own official Instagram profile. For this we receive the name, username, profile picture and ID of the Instagram professional account and of the Facebook Page linked to it, plus the access token granted at login. We do not access data from other Instagram or Facebook users, we do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data deletion

To revoke access and delete the data received from Meta, remove the app in Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites (or Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites). You can also request deletion by direct message to @agentelink on Instagram; the data is deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which removes your data from our systems.
